Hyderabadi Biryani

“Sometimes it is better to answer hunger with Biryani”

It’s a Hyderabadi delicacy prepared with Basmathi rice and flavored with spices. Layered with lamb, chicken, Fish, prawn or Vegetables and a thick gravy. Assembled in a dish and then covered with a lid secured with dough and cooked over low flame. Cooked on Dum ( heat from above and below ) in a sealed handi.
